Reserving an Appointment
Your appointment date and time is reserved exclusively for you to ensure personalized service. Because your Esthetician's time is committed to you, and others may want that same appointment time, we need your commitment. So a credit card is required to reserve your appointment date and time. It is for guarantee only, you may cancel or reschedule in advance without any charge. At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment that same day or no show, a fee of $45 will be charged to your credit card.
Save time on your first appointment by filling out our client forms ahead of time. Please print out and complete the two forms listed below and bring them with you to your first appointment.
We do our best to remain on-schedule as much as possible, knowing that nobody likes having to wait unnecessarily. When someone arrives late for their appointment, it pushes us behind for the rest of the day, and causes prolonged wait times for others who were on-time for their appointments. If you know that you are running late, please call our office to let us know, so we can try to accommodate you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time, you may be asked to wait until the next scheduled opening that same day or if there are no available openings, you will be asked to reschedule to another day.
